13. Governing law

  1. 13.1.1.  These Grant Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Host Institution and the Grantholder(s) irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to settle all matters in connection with the Grant Conditions.
