12. Variation and termination

  1. 12.1.1.  All grants awarded by CR-UK are subject to the terms and conditions that apply at the time the grant is awarded and any subsequent amendments. CR-UK reserves the right to amend these Grant Conditions, any terms and conditions of the GAL and the Funding Policies from time to time. CR-UK will publish any change to the Grant Conditions or the Funding Policies on its website.
  2. 12.1.2.  In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Grant Conditions as amended from time to time and of the Grant Award Letter, the provisions of the Grant Award Letter will take precedence.
  3. 12.1.3.  CR-UK reserves the right to withhold or suspend the Grant with immediate effect.
  4. 12.1.4.  CR-UK reserves the right to terminate the Grant with sixty (60) days notice.
