Our cell culture facility can produce batches of a wide-range of cell lines, either from our stock or your own. We can produce up to 100 litres of suspension culture and up to 200 roller bottles for monolayer culture, depending on cell line adaptability. It may also be possible to modify the growing conditions according to your requirements (e.g. drug treatment, nutrient starvation, etc.).HeLa S3 Production
One of the most popular lines for large-scale production is HeLa S3, which is a clonal derivative of the parent line adapted to grow in suspension. This line has been very useful in the clonal analysis of mammalian cell populations relating to chromosomal variation, cell nutrition, and plaque-forming ability.
Insect Cell Culture/Baculovirus
Whether you require Virus Amplification and/or Protein Production, we can help you. We primarily use SF9 or High 5 cells and can produce up to 10 litres in one batch. Other insect lines are available on request.
