Research Goals
To understand adhesion-linked non-receptor tyrosine kinases that are implicated in cancer, notably Src and focal adhesion families of kinases. The program includes research to understand how these kinases, and pathways with which they co-operate, are mis-regulated in cancer, and how best to use this information to devise new therapeutic strategies.
