Gerry Graham - Overview
Our group currently has joint interests in stem cells and
chemokines, which overlap in some respects. Overall, the aims of the group are
two fold:
- firstly to study the regulation of stem cell function and to examine a number
of novel genes in this context.
- secondly to study chemokines and their receptors.
These studies span both analysis of the basic biology and biochemistry of chemokines
as well as an examination of their potential roles in stem cell function and in the process of tumorigenesis.
