Paterson Institute for Cancer Research

 
The goal of the Paterson Institute for Cancer Research is to gain a better understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through a number of basic research programmes and to translate this knowledge into improvements in the diagnosis, clinical management and prevention of cancer and the development of innovative therapies. It is an integral part of the oncology centre based at the Christie Hospital, Manchester.
