Research Goals
To unravel novel signalling pathways in normal and cancer cells. This allows a better understanding of cell functions and regulatory mechanisms. Emphasis is on molecular mechanisms of highly selective protein-protein interactions, GTPases and kinases. Based upon this in-depth knowledge we develop novel strategies to selectively inhibit signalling pathways relevant to human cancers.
