Scientific summary

The goal of Dr Tooze and his group is to generate a detailed understanding of the changes in gene regulatory networks occurring during terminal differentiation of human B-cells. They are interested in how these networks are affected by the cellular micro-environment and how these networks relate to phenotypes of B-cell malignancies.
